Salvation Army Switzerland needed a better way to understand and connect with donors and patrons, and to improve how it managed relationships and store decisions. The solution implemented by Microsoft Dynamics 365 helped Salvation Army Switzerland gain insights from its data to guide where to open new stores, improve management of secondhand shops, and strengthen relationships with supporters. As a result, the organization deepened engagement with patrons and made more informed business decisions.
