Téléthon is a Swiss non-profit that raises funds for hereditary disease research by organising events and selling cuddly toys. Its legacy IT—Windows Server 2003, POP3 email and Excel-based event tracking—left three branches working with fragmented data and slow, manual processes; registering and coordinating nearly 300 Christmas events was time-consuming (30–40 minutes per order) and error-prone.

By migrating to Microsoft Azure and adopting Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint) and Dynamics 365 for Sales, Téléthon centralised and secured data, enabled mobile access, and automated event and stock management. Orders now take 5–10 minutes, staff can view real-time inventory and reports for better planning, and overall maintenance costs and operational friction have been significantly reduced.
