Telecoms consultancy improves sales performance with integrated solution

Core Cost Management (CCM) is a small UK telecoms consultancy that helps medium-sized businesses optimise their telecoms. Frustrated by a disjointed Salesforce setup that forced staff to switch between tools, CCM needed a faster, centralised CRM with advanced search, easy mail-merge and reminder functions, and better collaboration for a dispersed team.

With help from partner Fusion CRM, CCM moved to Microsoft Dynamics (CRM/365) and Office 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Lync), a cloud-based, integrated solution that reduced server costs and minimalised disruption. The change improved communication and cut travel (a three-person video meeting can save about six hours of travel), gave single-source document storage and Outlook-integrated access to leads, simplified lead import and records management, and boosted sales-team activity and performance.
