Support group advocacy helps the differently abled achieve recognition and acceptance

Down Syndrome Association (Singapore) (DSA) is a voluntary welfare organization that advocates equal opportunities and quality of life for people with Down syndrome and their families. Despite strong community programs and volunteer support, DSA struggled with fragmented data management—maintaining donor, member and volunteer records across spreadsheets and individual devices—which made it hard to target supporters, coordinate outreach and generate timely reports.

DSA implemented the Donor and Volunteer Engagement (DoVE) solution, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 by Customer Capital Consulting, to centralize stakeholder data and automate segmentation and reporting. The platform gave DSA better visibility of resources and relationships, reduced report generation from days to minutes or a few hours, improved targeting of donors and volunteers, and enabled practical outcomes such as matching volunteers to members, supporting members’ employment and participation in international events.
