STERNET is a mid-size Polish distributor and factory service specializing in electric drives and industrial automation, serving around 9,000 customers. Facing the need to modernize its CRM, move to the cloud, and adopt a global, scalable solution that would support remote work and cross-department collaboration, STERNET sought a platform that could grow with the business and improve employee productivity.
Working with OneDynamics, STERNET implemented Dynamics 365 Sales integrated with Microsoft 365 and its ERP, using a gradual rollout and employee-driven enhancements. The new system centralized customer data, enabled mobile access and smoother collaboration, and delivered measurable gains — nearly 40% time saved on data verification, about 50% faster data flow to ERP, quicker offer generation, fewer delivery errors, and stronger marketing and reporting capabilities.
