CRC Industries, a global chemicals manufacturer operating across multiple continents, needed to replace its legacy ERP system to better handle strict regulations, product traceability, and rising customer service expectations. Microsoft Dynamics 365, implemented with Cegeka, delivered a “plain vanilla” cloud ERP rollout that improved integration, visibility, and customer interactions. CRC gained new insights into daily shipment volumes, production quantities, and order processing, while add-on applications like a b2b webstore and EDI became easier and cheaper to deploy. Since going live in October 2022 across seven countries, CRC has significantly improved efficiency and is continuing to build on the platform with ongoing enhancements.
