Microsoft Dynamics 365 helped Spark deliver a business-wide ERP transformation in a two-year “big bang” rollout, supported by Microsoft, Infosys, and Tech Mahindra. The new platform improved usability, self-service, and process efficiency, cutting the first month-end financial process from an expected three weeks to eight days, speeding up employee onboarding, and enabling better data-driven decisions, procurement visibility, and faster billing and cash flow.
