South Africa’s National Department of Health, the government body responsible for public health services, faced aging ICT infrastructure and a growing population to serve. The department needed a fast, powerful CRM and operational platform that could be migrated with minimal disruption, improve productivity, and align with best-practice governance and compliance requirements.
Working with Microsoft partner Mint Management Technologies, the NDoH implemented Dynamics 365 for Customer Service after scoped risk and requirements analysis, then trained and migrated 2,383 users. The move delivered higher productivity and lower costs, a unified cloud infrastructure that improved collaboration and process visibility across government departments, and greater stability and ease of updating through the cloud platform.
