Central challenges included fragmented customer information, uneven communications across locations, and the need for a flexible, familiar device platform for a mobile workforce.
RED deployed Dynamics 365 for Customer Service to provide a single 360° view of clients, Skype for Business to standardize high-quality communications, and Windows 10 on Surface devices (including Surface Pro and Surface Hub) to give staff a portable, familiar toolset. The result was faster, more consistent client and candidate interactions, improved collaboration across offices, and an agile anytime/anyplace working environment.
