Promedica24 is a European leader in live-in home care with 127 franchise locations in Germany and the UK, 56 recruitment offices across Poland, Romania, Bulgaria and Germany, a 24/7 contact center, more than 23,000 clients and over 30,000 carers. Rapid, cross‑border growth created complexity across recruiting, contracts, scheduling, logistics and billing and generated high document and data volumes, so the company needed a secure, flexible system to centralize operations and improve employee productivity.

In 2010 Promedica24 implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM, integrating it with ERP, SharePoint and caregiver portals and deploying it across 600+ users to support recruiting, contact center, back‑office, planning, billing and BI. The CRM automated hundreds of workflows, processes ~2,500 documents daily, delivered real‑time centralized data and simple analytics, and produced faster, more consistent responses, better visibility into employee effectiveness and optimized logistics—improving customer service and operational efficiency.
