A Microsoft Dynamics 365 Case Study
Alberta Motor Association (AMA), a multi-service auto club serving about 1 million members, needed a way to offer its provincially approved New Driver Program online to make the mandatory 15 hours of instruction more convenient for teenage students while maintaining instructional quality and manageable administration. With nearly 13,000 new drivers trained annually, AMA sought a solution that would scale efficiently, meet government standards, and preserve security and workflow controls.
AMA launched a pilot using Moodle for course delivery and selected Microsoft Dynamics CRM, implemented with partner Adxstudio, to handle student registration, payments and records for 500 pilot participants. The CRM reduced administrative overhead, made the program easier and more cost-effective to scale, improved customer satisfaction and test scores versus classroom delivery, and provided a foundation for long-term member relationships and targeted services.
