Microsoft Dynamics 365, working with partners Power Central and Ingram Micro Cloud, implemented a customized Dynamics 365 Business Central solution with Power BI and Azure Machine Learning to clean and unify data, then connect accounting, sales, purchasing, warehousing, and inventory in one cloud platform. The result was major time savings and better decision-making: daily tactical planning dropped from six hours to 30 minutes, the CEO’s decision-making time fell from over 20 hours a week to 20 minutes a day, and Pack’n Fresh gained clearer visibility into its most profitable products and key vendors to support future growth.
