The result was major time savings and better decision-making: daily tactical planning dropped from six hours to 30 minutes, the CEO’s decision-making time fell from over 20 hours a week to 20 minutes a day, and Pack’n Fresh gained clearer visibility into its most profitable products and key vendors to support future growth.
