Polish construction group Erbud optimizes processes across all its companies with Microsoft Dynamics 365

Erbud Group, Poland’s largest construction company with subsidiaries across Europe, faced fragmented processes and data from multiple ERP systems that complicated decision-making across dozens of projects and up to 50 sites a year. Paper-based workflows, frequent manager transfers, and variables like time, budget, quality, safety, and changing material costs made it hard to keep projects coordinated and profitable.

Erbud moved all six entities to the cloud, deploying Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Project Operations with help from an implementation partner and Microsoft FastTrack, and set up a shared service center. The scalable rollout (about 500 users) delivered faster implementations, unified processes and data, real-time control of sites, quicker decision-making, and improved ability to respond to disruptions and material-price fluctuations—enabling the company to manage projects more efficiently at every stage.
