Facing rapid growth and a complex multi-company structure, Polin’s legacy ERP could not support sales, project planning, production, shipping and consolidated finance needs, so the company ran a structured selection process with KATIPOGLU CONSULTING and chose Microsoft Dynamics AX with ETG CONSULTING as partner.

In a six-month rollout (July 2015–January 2016) Dynamics AX was implemented to provide intercompany processing, opportunity-to-quotation-to-WBS automation, AutoCAD-to-BOM integration, centralized production planning, barcode/handheld shipping controls and comprehensive reporting. The solution streamlined end-to-end workflows, reduced shipment and production errors, improved resource utilization, and delivered project-level P&L and cash-flow forecasting for better financial control across Polin’s subsidiaries.
