Papa John’s Pizza UAE, a medium-sized consumer goods retailer operating in the UAE, set out to scale rapidly after new ownership in 2019 but found its inherited legacy systems unable to support fast expansion, modern management or timely reporting. The company needed a scalable, cloud-native platform to unify operations, finance and analytics.

Working with Cynosure Solutions, Papa John’s implemented Microsoft cloud tools—Dynamics 365 Finance, Power BI, Azure and Microsoft 365 (Teams and SharePoint)—to automate finance processes, centralize data and enable remote app development. The result: 25 new stores in two years, month-end close time cut by about 50% (to four days), live analytics for product launches and inventory decisions, and improved collaboration and secure testing via Azure and Microsoft 365.
