Servis Industries Limited (SIL), Pakistan’s largest footwear and tyre tube manufacturer, runs the Shoebox retail chain (65 outlets, PKR 2 billion annual revenue) and aims to expand to 400 stores by 2025. The company found its on‑premises systems unable to support rapid store rollouts, real‑time reporting, and end‑to‑end supply chain visibility, creating rising infrastructure costs and manual tracking burdens.
Working with Confiz, SIL moved to the cloud and deployed Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Commerce. The new platform enabled remote store onboarding, real‑time sales reporting, automated warehouse receiving/dispatch, and centralized omni‑channel order and inventory management—improving order fulfillment, boosting sales and customer satisfaction, and providing a scalable foundation for national and international growth.
