A Microsoft Dynamics 365 Case Study
Natuzzi, the Italian luxury furniture maker known for innovative design and craftsmanship, sought to transform its white‑glove customer service and speed up the purchase journey while overcoming the limits of physical inventory across global stores. The challenge was to create a more inspiring, personalized retail experience that increases sales conversions and helps customers visualize products in the context of their own homes.
Working with Microsoft and mixed reality partner Hevolus, Natuzzi launched an augmented store using HoloLens 2 and a 3D Product Configurator powered by Azure, Cognitive Services, Dynamics 365, and Power BI. The solution delivers immersive, interactive visualizations, virtual “limitless” inventory, and richer customer data; customer reactions have been strong, and Natuzzi expects to shorten purchase decisions by about one‑third, boost conversion rates by ~33%, lower inventory costs, and enable smaller, high‑value boutique stores.
