Internacional Tabacos, a wholesale distributor of tobacco products in Portugal, needed to streamline its sales and order collection processes to respond faster to market demands. After already implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with myPartner, the company wanted a mobile sales app to make selling and collecting orders easier and more efficient.
myPartner built a customized app using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and Power Automate, integrated with the ERP system and designed around Internacional Tabacos’ back-office processes. The solution gave sales reps real-time customer data, order history, and product catalog access, while eliminating manual order transfers; as a result, Internacional Tabacos significantly increased order processing speed and freed back-office staff to focus on higher-value sales activities.
