Komputronik implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales integrated with Office 365, ERP and SharePoint, delivering one-screen, mobile access to customer information, project groups for shared knowledge, and automated sales processes. Rolled out agilely in under a quarter for critical sales functions, the solution improved visibility and coordination, streamlined telemarketing and regional sales, and is already driving broader operational gains across marketing, legal, HR and finance while enabling future expansion.
