Microsoft Dynamics 365 helped Michael Hill build a centralized retail operations platform with end-to-end, multichannel capabilities, including ship-from-store, curbside pickup, loyalty management, and store-level apps for merchandising and order status. The result was greater supply chain visibility, faster fulfillment, improved margins, and better customer experiences; Michael Hill also reported reduced shipping hops, more efficient warehouse operations, and stronger economies of scale across its business.
