Metinvest, Ukraine’s largest private industrial group and a top-50 global steelmaker with about 66,000 employees, set out to turn its internal IT organization into a world-class professional services function. The challenge was to standardize cross-group project and account management so internal IT delivery could match the efficiency, accountability, and service levels the company would expect from any external partner.

Metinvest partnered with Microsoft Gold partner Innoware to deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 as the backbone for IT project, account and service management. While the system is newly implemented, leadership expects clearer visibility into business processes, stronger collaboration, more consistent project delivery and overall improved IT service to support Metinvest’s operations—aligning the IT team more closely with Microsoft-style professional practices.
