Lohmann & Rauscher (L&R) is a global medical and hygiene products manufacturer (presence in 22 countries, ~41 subsidiaries, ~4,300 staff) that faced fragmented, regional CRM practices and disconnected field sales processes. The company needed a flexible, quickly roll‑outable international solution to standardize customer data, streamline distribution, and integrate field teams into digital workflows.
L&R selected Microsoft Dynamics CRM in partnership with connectiv! eSolutions and used BizTalk Server to integrate CRM with its SAP ERP, transferring customer, material, pricing, and sales data. About 550 users in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the UK now work from a single, up‑to‑date customer view; visit reports and contracts are prepared onsite, dashboards keep field staff informed, and business processes are faster and more transparent. L&R plans further rollout across Europe.
