Miral, the developer and promoter of Abu Dhabi’s Yas Island, operates a wide portfolio of entertainment, hospitality, leisure, sport, dining, retail and real estate attractions and set out to position Yas Island among the world’s top family destinations. To reach an ambitious visitor target and deliver a “wall-less” resort experience, Miral needed a way to unify digital and physical touchpoints, gain deeper insight into visitor behaviour, and personalize engagement across its many assets.
Miral built a connected customer platform on Azure and modernized B2C, B2B and mobile systems with Dynamics 365, introducing Yas ID as a single-login for app access and island Wi‑Fi. The solution created a real-time, unified customer view and data-driven personalization—enabling targeted campaigns, cross-sell/up-sell opportunities and continuously improved visitor experiences—while providing a scalable foundation for future enhancements such as AI.
