Microsoft Dynamics 365, implemented with partner Unify Dots, centralized customer data, automated workflows, and improved lead management across Dextra’s sites. The results included 2 to 3 hours saved per sales rep each week, or 130 to 195 hours weekly in total, plus a 60% reduction in CRM spending and an additional 20% to 30% savings on core infrastructure.
