Majans spices up operations with Dynamics 365 lays foundations for factory of the future

Majans is an Australian snack-food manufacturer (120 employees) behind brands such as Bhuja Snacks that has grown rapidly but faces intense international competition. To scale and become an "intelligent" factory of the future, the company needed to replace fragmented legacy systems and eliminate manual, paper-based data collection that consumed too much time and delayed action.

Working with Microsoft partner Sable37, Majans replaced SAP Business One with Azure-based Dynamics 365 and deployed PowerApps, Flow, Power BI, Teams and SharePoint. The solution automates data capture (including Azure IoT pilots with Omron), improves collaboration and end-to-end supply-chain visibility, and enables gamified Power BI scorecards—compressing cycle times so teams spend less time collecting data and more time on insight and action, creating the foundations for its factory of the future.
