JLL moved to the cloud—adopting Dynamics 365 for Sales and SharePoint Online and adding 3,500 online CRM seats to the existing 2,000—creating a unified hub for property, account and service data. The migration delivered consistent analytics and anywhere/any-device access, smoother cross‑region integration, improved ability to have proactive customer conversations, and the scalability and customization needed for future growth.
