Learning Enrichment Foundation (LEF) is a Toronto-based nonprofit with more than 40 years of history, 300+ employees, 33 child-care centres and a $20M+ annual budget serving over 10,000 people a year. With 60+ business units and nearly 100 funding sources, LEF’s legacy financial system lacked visibility, scalability and timely reporting, limiting frontline staff’s ability to allocate discretionary funds and slowing new program launches.

LEF partnered with Sparkrock to move to Sparkrock Cloud built on Microsoft Dynamics NAV and hosted in Azure as a managed service. The new ERP streamlined operations, cut program launch times from months to weeks, doubled client-run program capacity, enabled five new immigrant programs and added childcare for 300 children, while delivering better financial visibility, frontline agility and cloud security.
