A Microsoft Dynamics 365 Case Study
Insurance Advisernet Australia, one of the country’s largest insurance brokerages, faced fragmented, outdated systems that made it hard to manage authorised‑representative relationships and to get timely training, product and policy information to its network. The existing extranet was difficult to update and search, and internal processes relied on disparate systems, spreadsheets and notes—creating inefficiency and poor user adoption.
Working with Professional Advantage, IAA implemented a Microsoft‑based solution—Dynamics CRM Online, Azure, SharePoint, Office 365 and hosted Dynamics GP—rolled out in phases and tied together with single sign‑on as the MyHQ portal. The secure, centralised platform improved search and usability, decentralised content ownership, enabled personalised training reports and social updates via Yammer, drove daily member engagement, produced rapid content adoption (20+ new forms), and delivered faster access to data that is already boosting operational efficiency and competitive advantage.
