Bon Group is a Kuwaiti chocolatier behind the growing The Chocolate Bar chain, with about 280 staff across six branches. Facing fragmented systems and manual processes, the company needed to centralize data, create a cohesive back office and build a scalable platform to support future growth while reducing human error and speeding up payroll and financial workflows.

To meet those goals Bon Group linked and centralized all six branches, moving from a Small Business Server to Office 365 and adding Azure for backup/disaster recovery, plus Dynamics AX to integrate finance, HR and payroll. The result: easier access to data and email, automated payroll tied to finance and HR, fewer numerical errors, faster processes and meaningful time savings that can be reinvested in growing the business.
