As Khaadi scaled and pursued its ambition to become a multinational, it faced challenges in order fulfilment, checkout efficiency, personalised online experiences and the need for a scalable ERP to support fast‑paced retail operations.

Working with Systems Limited, Khaadi implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Retail, supported by Azure, Office 365 and Power BI. The solution provided a scalable ERP backbone that streamlined fulfilment and checkout processes, enabled personalised shopping experiences and real‑time insights, and positioned Khaadi to sustain growth and deliver a world‑class retail experience across markets.
