Jaguar Land Rover, the UK luxury automaker, needed a better way to manage workspace capacity, contact tracing, and safety reporting while reducing the cost and hassle of manual processes. Using Microsoft Dynamics 365-related Microsoft Power Platform tools, the company looked for a more efficient, digital approach to improve productivity and continuity across its operations.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 helped Jaguar Land Rover implement app-based workflows that included the Teams-embedded My Workspace app and the AiR2 incident reporting app, both built with Power Apps and Power Automate. The results were significant: My Workspace handled more than 700,000 booking requests in under a year, and AiR2 saved about £60,000 to £70,000 annually in software, maintenance, and upkeep while increasing employee reporting and compliance.
