Italian IT firm uses modern CRM solution to helps farmers grow the agricultural economy

Bluarancio is a small Rome-based IT services firm that supports Italy’s agricultural sector, primarily working with Coldiretti, a farmers’ association serving 1.5 million members. Coldiretti faced a slow, manual, and fragmented accreditation and compliance process that made it difficult for farmers and staff to submit, track, and manage required documentation across inspections, permits, and events.

Bluarancio implemented a cloud-based xRM solution using Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Service (Dynamics CRM Online) and Office 365, enabling mobile access for field inspectors and configurable workflows for accreditation. The rollout delivered faster adoption, real-time tracking and document updates, BI dashboards for both high-level and granular insights, and improved campaign management (e.g., the “0 kilometer” initiative), streamlining compliance and helping Coldiretti provide better service to its members while laying groundwork for expanded marketing and social engagement capabilities.
