International Transportation and Construction Company consolidates Data Sales

Arctic Group International, a Kazakhstan-based transportation and construction company, faced growing pains after expanding from about 100 to over 600 employees. Rapid growth exposed data integrity problems from using disparate software across a multilingual workforce, so the company needed a cloud-based, easy-to-use ERP that supported multiple languages and centralized information.

Arctic Group selected Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2015, implemented on Microsoft Azure by partner SynConsult Master, deploying finance, sales, procurement, warehousing and HR modules with localized payroll and accounting. The unified system reduced data-entry errors, improved employee communication and access to information, and freed time for customer service and operations; additional service and dispatch modules are being rolled out to extend functionality.
