ISAN Radiátory, a Blansko-based leader in Czech bathroom radiators that exports about 90% of its products, was running an older Microsoft business system that was reaching end of life. Working with local Microsoft partner CCV, ISAN migrated to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Edition, integrating CRM with its ERP and Power BI analytics. The switch was seamless with no downtime, gave the sales team a single-screen view of customers, and dramatically boosted productivity—salespeople can now produce about 20 quotes in the time it once took to do one—helping the company make more sales and save money.
