A Microsoft Dynamics 365 Case Study
Glusco, a Kyiv‑based petroleum company formed after acquiring Rosneft’s Ukrainian assets, faced a rapid, company‑wide modernization: in months it needed to replace outdated systems, rebrand and operate 127 fuel stations, and build a modern, efficient platform to support finance, retail and customer engagement for its 1,800 employees. The choice was stark—digitize or risk falling behind—so leadership set an aggressive timeline to move from legacy, analog processes to a single integrated infrastructure.
Working with Microsoft partner SMART business, Glusco implemented a cloud‑based Microsoft stack—Azure, Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 (CRM and Unified Operations), LS Retail and Office 365—to unify ERP, retail automation and customer engagement. The rollout moved all operations to Azure, delivered an automated retail network, launched the Glusco Club loyalty program (gaining about 1,000 new customers per day) and significantly increased operational efficiency and speed of transformation.
