Institut Superieur De Gestion De Tunis, a premier-level Microsoft Dynamics Academic Alliance member in Tunis, Tunisia, wanted to give students stronger, workforce-ready experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM by moving beyond the traditional lecture-then-homework model. Led by Hedia Mhiri Sellami, the school adopted a "flipped classroom" so students learn concepts via online resources before class and class time is reserved for hands-on practice.
Students use Microsoft Dynamics Academic Alliance online training to watch videos ahead of class, then work in groups during sessions to apply concepts in Microsoft Dynamics CRM through exercises and discussions. End-of-semester questionnaires show the approach effectively advances students’ CRM knowledge, strengthens their practical skills, and helps them connect classroom learning to potential employers and real-world CRM implementations.
