IA Cubed implemented a consultative sales model—hiring business development, running half‑day Cloud Discovery Workshops, offering two‑week consultation and technical road maps, and embedding employee adoption programs—while forging strategic partnerships, including becoming a Microsoft P‑Seller. The approach drove dramatic growth: more than 14,000 seats sold, 160 new customers, a 200% increase in business, a 700% rise in average deal size (closing deals up to 10,000 seats), and continued strong revenue projections.
