INCAE Business School, a leading Latin American MBA institution with campuses in Costa Rica and Nicaragua and recruiting offices across the region, needed to modernize and standardize its payroll and HR processes across multiple countries. The school required a cloud-based solution that could handle diverse local labor and tax rules while providing centralized visibility and consistent information for offices and headquarters.

INCAE implemented Legadmi’s regional Payroll Solution (RPS) on Microsoft Azure, integrated with Microsoft Dynamics GP and deployed with partner ITQS. The Azure deployment enabled transparent operation of Legadmi’s Oracle/Linux solution alongside GP, delivering consistent data across the region, roughly 60% cost savings, faster employee onboarding, stronger local support, and a consolidated cloud infrastructure with plans to migrate additional assets from other providers.
