Multideur is a Dutch manufacturer of industrial and garage doors that, until 2016, was constrained by piles of paper, legacy on‑premises systems (including Dynamics NAV 2009) and a manual, error‑prone process that forced technicians to collect and return physical worksheets and relied heavily on a single IT employee. This inefficiency capped growth, slowed service and made it hard for sales and field teams to work flexibly.

Working with partner Prodware, Multideur moved to the cloud with Microsoft solutions — Dynamics 365 (Business Central, Sales and Field Service), Office 365 and Power BI — and equipped field staff with tablets. The change centralised client data, cut fault‑report registration from six minutes to one, improved customer confidence and service turnaround, delivered real‑time reporting for better decisions, reduced IT dependency and supported growth (headcount has doubled).
