TrackMan, a Denmark-based maker of Doppler radar performance-tracking systems for golf and baseball, grew rapidly and found its sales and finance processes outpaced by manual spreadsheets and an older ERP. As leads exploded during a period of 30–40% annual revenue growth, the company needed a scalable, easy-to-use CRM and cloud platform to centralize customer data, improve cross-team communication, and give leadership better business visibility.
TrackMan migrated to Office 365 and Azure, upgraded Dynamics NAV, and deployed Dynamics CRM Online with partner Abakion, then integrated CRM with its website to capture more than 2,500 web leads. The cloud solution centralized customer data, tightened sales–marketing collaboration, gave finance clearer budget and territory visibility, and made opportunity tracking far more efficient; TrackMan is now linking CRM with NAV to further streamline processes and support continued growth.
