Global technology company SoftServe makes the most of Dynamics 365 Sales in the cloud

SoftServe, a global IT services company headquartered in Ukraine with more than 9,000 employees, set out to modernize its CRM to access the full capabilities of Dynamics 365, streamline processes, and improve collaboration across sales and other departments. The challenge was migrating an on‑premises Dynamics 365 Sales system to the cloud while integrating LinkedIn Sales Navigator and consolidating customer‑facing workflows and contracts.

SoftServe moved to Dynamics 365 Sales in the cloud, expanded platform access to multiple teams, and integrated LinkedIn Sales Navigator to centralize contracts and sales insights. The migration delivered faster, smoother performance (25% faster), with 80% of users reporting major improvement and a 66% reduction in helpdesk tickets, and positioned the company to extend its unified cloud ecosystem with solutions like Dynamics 365 Talent.
