PSB Academy, a 50‑year‑old private education institution in Singapore with about 11,000 students, needed to modernize how it managed student inquiries and engagement. Relying on spreadsheets to track roughly 5,000 monthly inquiries left the academy without visibility into trends, student profiles or efficient workflows, making it hard to target recruitment, allocate limited resources and improve the student experience.
Working with Microsoft and partner Pratyaya, PSB migrated to Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online and deployed Office 365 to automate workflows, enable social listening and centralize student data. The cloud solution delivered faster insights and collaboration, streamlined ticketing and SLAs, and improved targeting—helping the academy predict enrollments, focus recruitment efforts and achieve a more than 14% rise in enrollments without extra marketing.
