Kelly Roofing, a family-owned roofing contractor and one of the largest in Collier County, Florida, used Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales, Field Service, and Business Central to manage work orders but was bogged down by a slow, manual process for collecting, organizing, and attaching jobsite photos. The team needed a mobile, offline-capable way for crews to capture photos and update job status in the field without creating data silos or extra office work.
Kelly Roofing partnered with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and PowerObjects to build a PowerApps solution that let crews capture offline photos and job updates on mobile devices, then sync them to SharePoint Online, Common Data Service, and Microsoft Teams through Microsoft Flow. Microsoft Dynamics 365 helped support a 91% decrease in processing time, a 36% drop in customer call-backs, and a 25.8% reduction in trip time, while also improving real-time visibility for staff and customers.
