Preview of the Khaadi Case Study

Fashion retailer Khaadi reinvents daily operations with Microsoft Power App

Khaadi is Pakistan’s leading fashion retailer with more than 20 years in business, 70+ stores across Pakistan, the GCC and the UK, and online presence in over a dozen countries. Faced with COVID-19 disruptions and a rapid shift to online sales, the company needed to streamline omnichannel order fulfillment, unify inventory across channels, and give store managers real-time visibility into sales, expenses, footfall and other key operational metrics.

Khaadi built integrated solutions—Omni Plus and Store Plus—using Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Azure SQL and Dynamics 365 (Finance, Supply Chain and Commerce) to enable one-inventory omnichannel fulfillment, store-level dashboards, and customer feedback capture. The apps were deployed rapidly (an initial omnichannel prototype in a weekend, scaled in three months), cutting order-fulfillment lead times, boosting inventory turnover, achieving double-digit logistics cost reductions, and giving managers actionable, real-time insights to improve store performance and customer experience.
