To address this challenge, it turned to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fraud Protection, which works with transaction data from Dynamics 365 Commerce to detect suspicious patterns.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fraud Protection was piloted in 76 European stores and quickly identified 15 potential fraud situations, including 5 that BESTSELLER’s own team later confirmed. The pilot also delivered a 1.2% reduction in discount fraud and a 2.9% reduction in return fraud, with the company expecting millions of dollars in savings as it expands the solution across Europe and beyond.
