Rapid growth and acquisitions left the organization with a patchwork of paper records, spreadsheets, and disparate applications, making scheduling, patient flow, and KPI reporting slow, inconsistent, and labor-intensive.
Working with Microsoft partner Mazik Global, Medisys implemented MazikCare on its Microsoft Dynamics platform to unify appointment scheduling, electronic medical records, billing, and reporting. The solution cut scheduling to about one minute and reduced scheduler training from weeks to a day, enabled tablet-based check-in and secure remote access for clinicians, and automated personalized reports and invoices—delivering faster, more consistent patient experiences, more accurate billing, and real-time KPIs that drive continuous improvement and stronger corporate relationships.
