A Microsoft Dynamics 365 Case Study

Preview of the Effective Energy Case Study

Energy consultancy remains switched on to legislative changes with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online

Effective Energy (EE) is a UK renewable-energy consultancy serving domestic and business customers and supporting major suppliers to meet regulatory obligations. Rapid legislative change left the company reliant on manual, off-system processes and fragmented data, making it hard to share knowledge, track orders and respond quickly to funding opportunities and new service requirements.

Working with K3 CRM to deploy Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, EE now runs a centralised, configurable and hosted CRM that provides real-time visibility, automated workflows and role-based views. The solution improved compliance and customer service, enabled cross-selling and service diversification (including procurement, lighting and solar), supports 40 users and now manages about 95% of EE’s services—helping the business scale and grow without an in-house IT burden.
