Working with partner Tectura, Legrand implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365 for Sales) to enable real-time data entry from multiple devices, customizable project application forms with supervisor approvals, role-based access controls and visual dashboards for managers. The system centralized project and customer data, replaced manual processes to boost productivity, improved project visibility and resource management to raise success rates, and enforced access rights to vastly enhance data security and executive decision support.
