To address this, Eaton used Microsoft Dynamics 365 Mixed Reality Apps, including Dynamics 365 Remote Assist and Dynamics 365 Guides on Microsoft HoloLens 2.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 helped Eaton roll out mixed reality across more than 20 Vehicle Group sites, enabling faster task completion, better employee training and onboarding, and remote audits and inspections from anywhere.
