Express Pack Print is a leading corrugated box manufacturer in the United Arab Emirates, founded in 1991 and serving major local and multinational customers, especially in Food & Beverages. As the business grew, its accounting system (Tally) and an aging FoxPro/Visual Basic ERP were not integrated, creating manual work, errors and slow response times that made the platforms increasingly unsuitable.

Working with Samadhan, Express Pack Print implemented and customized Microsoft Dynamics NAV to integrate accounts and ERP end-to-end. The automated workflows improved coordination between stores, manufacturing and dispatch—reducing errors and dispatch time, speeding up invoicing and on‑time deliveries, lowering costs, and enabling much faster responses to sudden orders while providing scalability for future growth.
